On behalf of counsel for the petitioner adjournment is being sought.

The order dated 19.2.2010 records that for the past five occasions the matter
has been adjourned on account of illness slip sent by the learned counsel for
the petitioner and, therefore, on the next date, illness slip shall not be
entertained. Today, instead of sending illness slip, adjournment is being
sought.

In view of above, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in early
disposal of the matter, therefore, list this matter after four months.
