Against the order of cancellation passed by Licensing
Authority in exercise of its authority vested under Section 17
of Indian Arms Act, there is statutory remedy of appeal under
Section 18 of Indian Arms Act.

Consequently present writ petition is dismissed on the
ground of alternative remedy.

Certified copy of the order passed by Licensing Authority
which has been appended alongwith the writ petition same
be returned on written request being made within 72 hours
from today.
