5 14.03.2011 Learned counsel for the State submits that his

instruction is that in compliance of the order dated

14.12.2009, current salary of the petitioner has already

been ordered to be paid.

As prayed on behalf of the State, by way of

last indulgence, put up this matter under the same

heading after two weeks maintaining its position to

enable learned counsel to seek instruction and file

counter affidavit as required as per orders dated

14.12.2009 and 20.01.2011.
