Sessions Trial has wrongly been mentioned as “Sessions

Trial No. 208 of 2010” whereas it should have been

“Sessions Trial No. 308 of 2010”

Let the Sessions Trial No. 308 of 2010 be read in

place of Sessions Trial No. 208 of 2010.

The order dated 11.5.2011 passed in Cr. Misc.

No. 16682 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Let this order be communicated to the court of

F.T.C-2, Saran, at Chapra, in Sessions Trial No. 308 of 2010

arising out of Sonepur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2007, through

FAX at the cost of the petitioner.

Application stands allowed.
