process as well as registered cover with A/D. A copy of notice
should be served in the office of this Court to be served on the
counsel appearing on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2 in
Khagaria P.S. Case No. 137 of 1993 through the Judicial
Magistrate, Ist Class, Khagaria.
Requisites etc. for which must be filed within a period
of ten days, failing which this application shall stand dismissed
without further reference to a Bench.
List this case on appearance of Opposite Party No.2.
In the meantime, further proceeding shall remain
stayed in this case subject to the fact that the charges have not
been framed. It goes without saying that if the charges have been
framed in this case, this application would become infructuous.
