pending before the Secretary, Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of
Jharkhand. Previously, due to mis-communication, it was stated that the
file is lying with the Finance Department, Govt. of Jharkhand.

2. The time, as prayed for, is granted so that the respondents may
take the final decision for the payment of retirement benefits to the
petitioner.

3. The matter is adjourned to be listed on 14th November, 2011.
