Advocate Mr. Shalin Mehta for the petitioners fairly submits that in
view of the termination of the petitioners as finally stated in
Letters Patent Appeal No.1736/2009 and the order initially passed
came to be confirmed on 17.11.2009, the petitioners be given
regular work and private respondents who are placed qua the
petitioners can be accommodated at some other Centre or Aanganwadi.
