Sri A.K. Bajpai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner no. 1
stating that the petitioner nos. 2 to 4 have died and no steps have
been taken for substituting their heirs and legal representatives. It
has also been stated that the respondent no. 5 resigned from the
post of Director of the petitioner no. 1 in February 1979, and hence
there is no one to prosecute the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
