J U D G M E N T
The petitioner seeks revaluation and scrutiny of his answer paper
for which he is stated to have filed applications.
2. The learned standing counsel for the University would
submit that the University would require at least two more months’
time to complete the revaluation process. However, he would submit
that scrutiny can be completed within a week.
3. Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with
the following directions:
The scrutiny of the answer paper of the petitioner for which he
has applied shall be completed within one week from the date of
receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. Revaluation for which the
petitioner has applied shall be completed and results thereof published
as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within seven weeks from the
date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
The above directions are subject to the condition that the
application filed by the petitioner is in order in all respects.
