Considering   the   facts   and   circumstances,   till   the   next   date   of 

listing,   further   proceedings   of   Original   Suit   No.   327   of   2004 

pending   before   Civil   Judge   (Junior  Division),   Bulandshahr   shall 

remain stayed.
