Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he

may be permitted to withdraw this petition. He has further

stated that petitioner shall surrender/appear before the

Competent Magistrate on or before 25.06.2011 and shall

seek regular bail from the Sessions Court.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However,

petitioner shall surrender/appear before the Competent

Magistrate on or before 25.06.2011 as undertook by the

learned counsel for the petitioner. In the event of moving

regular bail application before the Sessions Court, the same

shall be decided in accordance with law, at its own merit,

without any undue delay.
