03. 12.10.2011 In compliance of the order of the High court counsel

for the petitioner placed on record the order of the State

Government bearing letter no.2162 dated 9.5.2011, in response

whereto counsel for the Bank has filed show cause justifying its

claim for release of Rs.300.76 Crores from the State

Government. Copy of the show cause filed by the Bank has

already been served on the counsel for the State.

Put up on 19.10.2011 when State counsel should be

ready to respond to the statement made in the show cause of the

Bank
