ORDER

This
is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased petitioner
nos.2,4,24 and 28 on the record of Special Civil Application. Learned
advocate for the petitioners submits that learned advocates Mr.Vimal
Patel and Mr.R.C.Kakkad have no objection if the application is
allowed. Learned AGP Ms.Jhaveri is present and she also does not
object to the same.

Considering
the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed
in terms of paragraph 10(A).
