The matter relates to U.P. Police Examination 2009. According to the
petitioner candidates securing lesser marks than him have been selected.
Secondly, he has not been awarded marks in some of the questions though
answered correctly.

Learned Standing counsel prays for and is allowed 3 weeks time for filing
counter affidavit. One week thereafter is allowed to the petitioner filing
rejoinder affidavit.

List after one month.
