Heard learned counsel for the applicants and perused the record. Sri Narain
Singh, sole plaintiff appellant died. His legal heirs and representatives are
already on record vide order dated 16.12.2009. Now his wife Smt. Parwati
Devi, appellant no.1/1 has also died. As her legal heirs and representatives are
already on record, in the array of the parties Smt. Parwati Devi widow of late
Narain Singh, appellant no.1/1 now may be shown as deceased.

Learned counsel for the appellants prays that the lower court record may also
be summoned.

List after receipt of the lower court record.
