Petitioners, who are husband and wife, seek anticipatory bail

on the allegation that the Hill Palace police are at their heels in

connection with some allegation of commodity trading in shares.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor on instructions

submitted that no crime has been registered against the

petitioners. If so, the apprehension of arrest and harassment

entertained by the petitioners is unfounded. Recording the

submission made by the Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
