                             JUDGMENT

Kurian Joseph, J.

Petitioner is one and the same in all the three

Writ Petitions. The grievance pertains to various

cases pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam.

Since it is learnt that the proceedings before the

Family Court have been disposed of by judgment/order

dated 24.3.2007, learned counsel for the petitioner

seeks permission to withdraw the three Writ Petitions

with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the grievance

in appropriate proceedings. Permission is granted and

the three Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn

with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the grievance

in appropriate proceedings.
