JUDGMENT

1. At the joint request of the learned Advocates for the parties, this Appeal From Order is taken up for finaldisposal.
2. Taking into consideration the nature of dispute involved in this Appeal From Order, it is deemed fit that this Appeal From Order be disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to complete the hearing and dispose ofthe suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably by 30th April, 2003. Order accordingly. The Appeal From Order stands disposed of accordingly.
3. It is contended by both the sides that they are in possession of the property. Earlier, in Civil Application No.3576 of 2002, interim relief was grantedin terms of paragraph 6(B). In light of the fact that both the sides arecontending that they are in possession of the property,the interim relief is modified to the effect that both the sides shall maintain status quo of the property till final disposal of the suit. It will not be in the interest of justice to proceed further with the criminal proceedings between the parties any further till the suitis decided.
4. In view of disposal of the main Appeal From Order, Civil Application No.3576 of 2002 does not surviveand the same is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
