The applicant who appears in person states that in the judgment and
order dated 13.1.2010, due to mistake, in place of ‘associated’, the word
‘affiliated’ has wrongly been typed.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the the word ‘affiliated’
featuring in paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 of the judgment dated 13.1.2010 is
corrected with red ink. Registry is directed to make necessary correction
in the certified copy, if it is already issued.
