Shri Y.D. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner No.2 states
that the petitioner No.2 does not want to press the writ petition. He
has filed an application supported by the affidavit of Shri Moti
Lal-petitioner No.2. The application is allowed. The writ petition,
as far as the petitioner No.2 is concerned, shall stand dismissed.
The writ petition will survive only in respect of other petitioners.
