appellant submitted that the office shall

await the service report on respondent

Nos.2, 13 and 14 and in addition to that

the appellant shall also take steps for

appeal notice on the respondent Nos. 2, 13

and 14 under registered cover with AD

within one week. Prayer is allowed. If the

registered cover is filed for issuance of

appeal notice on the said respondents

within one week the office shall issue the

same immediately.
