The petitioners claim appointment as Sub Station Operator with
the Power Corporation. The certificate which has been issued
indicates that they were engaged by the contractor of the
respondent-corporation. Learned counsel for the petitioner
contends that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition in
order to enable him to file a fresh petition alongwith letter of
appointment, if any, by the respondent-corporation.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid
liberty.
