140 liters of country made liquor is

recovered from petitioner’s house but he

remained in custody since 17.1.2011.

Thus, having regard to the facts and

circumstances of the case as well as submission

of the parties, the above named petitioner is

directed to be released on bail on furnishing

bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with

two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in Case No.

136C2/09.
