03. 01.12.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

also perused the show cause. From the statement

made in paragraph-3 thereof the Court is satisfied that

the order on the writ petition stand complied. If the

petitioner is aggrieved by the quantum of payment or

any further duration of the payment, his remedy lies in

a fresh writ application.

The proceeding stands disposed.

It is expected that the respondents shall

take all necessary steps to reconstruct his Service-

Book so that he is not deprived of any pensionary

benefit for that reason.
