Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the N.B.W. issued
against the applicant on 17.8.2004 passed by the Additional District and
Sessions Judge, Farrukhabad in S.T. No. 77 of 1999.
From the perusal of the record, it appears that due non appearance of the
applicant N.B.W. has been issued, therefore, the prayer for quashing the same
is refused.
However, it is directed that the applicant shall appears before the court
concerned within 20 days from today, till then the N.B.W. issued against the
applicant shall be kept in abeyance.
In case the applicant applies for bail, the same shall be heard and disposed of
expeditiously, if possible, on the same day by the courts below.
With the above direction, this application is finally disposed of.
