Mr.Oza, learned Advocate for the applicant.

Notice
returnable on 28.04.2011. Mr.L.R.Poojari, learned APP waives
service of notice on behalf of respondent no.1 – State.
Meanwhile interim relief in terms of para 7(C) is granted on
condition that the applicant shall deposit Rs.15,000/- (Rupees
Fifteen thousand only) with the Trial Court before the returnable
date. On deposing the amount respondent no.2 and 3 are at liberty
to withdraw said amount. If the amount is not deposited before the
returnable date, interim relief granted by this Court shall stand
vacated automatically.
