1. By
way of this application, the applicant has prayed to modify/clarify
the order dated 11.01.2011 passed by this Court in Special Civil
Application No. 4925 of 2010.

2. Heard.

Looking to the averments made in the application, the order dated
11.01.2011 passed by this Court in Special Civil Application No. 4925
of 2010 is very clear. However, if the said order is misinterpreted
of by the revenue authority, it will be open for the learned counsel
for the applicant to prefer an application by way of an appeal or
writ before the appropriate Court.

3. With
the above observations, the application stands disposed of. No order
as to costs.
