5 of Chapter-II of the Regulations framed under the Intermediate Education
Act would be applicable to the minority institutions or not, has already been
referred to for adjudication to a Larger Bench under order of the Hon’ble
Single Judge vide order dated 29.10.2009 passed in Writ Petition No. 56673
of 2009 (Committee of Management Swami Lila Shah Adarsh Sindhi Inter
College, Agra and another vs. State of U.P. and others).
