Sri Chandan Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
respondents submits that counter affidavit has been filed today in
the leading writ petition and 6th July, 2010 is the date fixed in that
matter.

Put up this matter on 6th July, 2010, as fresh along with Writ
Petition No. 28736 of 2010.

A detailed interim order has been passed on 28th May, 2010 in the
aforesaid writ petition, following the same it is provided that till
the next date of listing the effect and operation of the order dated
11th May, 2010, shall remain stayed.
