1.0 Office
Objection Nos. 4, 16 and 19 are to be removed, whereas, Office
Objection No. 20 is already removed. The learned advocate for the
petitioner prays for two days’ time to remove the Office Objections.

2.0 Time
to remove Office Objections is granted up to 9th August
2011. If the Office Objections are not removed by that time, the
matter shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution, without referring
the same to the Court.
