It is one of series of frivolous petition when the institution has approached this Court seeking direction for allowing it to depute their own staff as invigilator in the Board examinations. It is always for the authority holding such examination in appointing staffs as invigilators. No legal right of the institution is being infringed. This Court finds no justification to entertain this petition. Consequently, writ petition is hereby dismissed.
