                            JUDGMENT

Kurian Joseph,J.

The alleged detenue Smt.Reena is present. The

parents of Reena are also present. It is submitted that she is

living happily with the parents and that there is no contact with

anybody else. The first respondent has returned the personal

articles, except the gold chain, of Smt.Reena through the counsel

Sri.Asokan. Therefore, no further orders are necessary in this

writ petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
