It appears in order dated 14.11.2011, the names of

opposite party no. 5 Rajeshwar Singh and opposite party no. 6

Ashutosh Kumar have been inadvertently typed in place of Subodh

Ram and Dhaneshwar Manjhi.

Accordingly, the order dated 14.11.2011 is modified

to the extent that the name of opposite parties no. 5 and 6 be read as

Subodh Ram and Dhaneshwar Manjhi respectively in place of

Rajeshwar Singh and Ashutosh Kumar.
