Issue notice to the opposite party under ordinary

process as well as registered cover with A/D at the original

address and under registered cover with A/D at the present

address to show cause as to why this Civil Revision be not

admitted for hearing or disposed of at the stage of admission

itself, for which requisites etc. must be filed within two

weeks, failing which this Civil Revision shall stand rejected

without further reference to a Bench
