matter on 29.08.2011 no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners and

the case was adjourned as a last chance.

Today also when the case is called out, no one appears on

behalf of the petitioners to press this petition, although learned counsel

for the respondent State of Bihar is present.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-
prosecution.
