1. Present
application has been preferred by the applicants herein-original
petitioners to restore the main Special Civil Application, which came
to be dismissed for non prosecution.

2. Having
heard the learned advocates for the respective parties and
considering the averments made in the application, present
application is allowed and main Special Civil Application No.6306 of
2008 is ordered to be restored to file. Rule is made absolute to the
aforesaid extent. Registry is directed to notify the main Special
Civil Application No.6306 of 2008 for admission hearing before the
appropriate Court taking up such matter on 3.3.2011.
