श्री राम सजीवन (बांदा):उपाध्यक्ष महोदय, उत्तर प्रदेश में नवसृजित जिला चित्रकूट के हैडक्वार्टर करवी कस्बे का नया बाजार क्षेत्र एक प्रमुख बाजार और व्यावसायिक केन्द्र है और उसी क्षेत्र में जिले के सभी प्रमुख सरकारी कार्यालय एवं आवास अवस्थित हैं। जिले की न्यायपालिका और जजों के सभी कार्यालय और अदालतें भी वहां बनी हैं। इसी क्षेत्र में रेलवे स्टेशन भी कार्यरत है जहां प्रतदिन कई दर्जन ट्रेनों का आवागमन होता है। रेलवे क्रॉसिंग में (समपार) फाटक लगा है जो ट्रेनों के आवागमन के कारण अक्सर बन्द रहता है। जनता को आने जाने में बड़ी कठिनाई आती है। इसी कारण फाटक के दोनों ओर इकहरी संकरी सड़कों पर वाहन रुके रहते हैं तथा अक्सर जाम लगा रहता है। इस स्थिति से निपटने और जनता को निर्बाध परिवहन सुविधा सुनिश्चित करने हेतु एक वैकल्पिक रेल लाइन पार व्यवस्था होना आवश्यक है। मेरा सुझाव है कि करवी कस्बे में पयस्वनी नदी के किनारे रेल लाइन काफी अधिक उंचाई से गुजरती है तथा वहां एक छोटे अंडरग्राउंट पुल से होकर सड़क आर-पार जाती है, उसी भूमिगत पार पुल के बगल में एक दूसरा बड़ा अंडरग्राउंड पुल बनाकर अपेक्षाकृत कम व्यय भार से यह समस्या हल हो सकती है। अत: उक्त स्थान पर अंडरग्राउंड रेल पार पुल और सड़क के निर्माण की आवश्यकता है।
