SHRI ALOK KUMAR MEHTA : This is not concerned with that. This is a different thing. मैं यह कहना चाहता हूं कि नए युवा टैलेंट को विश्वविद्यालय शिक्षण के प्रति आकर्षित करने के लिए पैकेज की घोषणा की गई थी और उसमें सैलरी में 80 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि का आश्वासन दिया गया था। लेकिन जब उसे लागू करने का समय आया तब 40 परसेंट की वृद्धि की गई। जबकि पुराने प्राध्यापकों को तीन गुना बेनिफिट मिलता है लेकिन नए रिक्रूट को ऐसी सुविधा नहीं मिल पाएगी। मेरा सरकार से अनुरोध है कि उनकी उद्घोषणा के तहत युवा प्रोफेसर्स की बहाली और बेस्ट टैलेंट को आकर्षित करने के लिए, शिक्षण संस्थानों की गुणवत्ता बढ़ाने के लिए सरकार द्वारा की गई घोषणा के आधार पर इसे लागू किया जाए।[RP105]
