डॉ. रघुवंश प्रसाद सिंह (वैशाली) : उपाध्यक्ष महोदय, मुसलमानों में ऐसी ४२ जातियां हैं जो सामाजिक, आर्िथक और शैक्षणिक आधार पर दलित हैं। इन्हें अनुसूचित जाति की सूची में शामिल करना चाहिए। बंजारा, बकखो, भाट, भांड़, भटियारा, भिश्ती, चिक, चूड़ीहारा, डफाली, धुनिया, दर्जी, फकीर, गूजर, जुलाहा, कलाल और कलन्दर आदि जातियों की हालत दलितों से भी खराब है लेकिन इनके नाम आरक्षण सूची में नहीं हैं। मैं मांग करता हूं कि संविधान की धारा ३४१ के अन्तर्गत दलित मुसलमानों और दलित ईसाइयों का भी नाम आरक्षण सूची में शामिल करना चाहिए। उन्हें आरक्षण का लाभ राजनीतिक और सरकारी सेवाओं में मिलना चाहिए तभी सोशल जस्िटस सही साबित होगा। “>श्री राजो सिंह (बेगूसराय) : उपाध्यक्ष महोदय, रघुवंश बाबू ने जो कहा है, हम उसका समर्थन करते हैं।… (व्यवधान)
