Title: Need to provide financial assistance to the Government of Maharashtra for construction of a wall along the bank of River Krishna at Karad in Satara District.
(KARAD): There is an urgent need for construction of a wall along the bank of River Krishna and Koyana near confluence of these rivers at Karad, Satara District in Maharashtra to protect the samadhi of Late Yashvantrao Chavan, former Deputy Prime Minister of India.
I request the Union Government to provide financial assistance to Government of Maharashtra in this regard.
