On 10.07.2009, following order was passed by this Court: –

“Candidature of the petitioner, for allotment of LPG

Agency, is cancelled on the ground that she has not

given her date of birth.

Counsel for the petitioner states that to show her

date of birth, she has put on record copy of the Pan Card,

Income Tax Return and other documents also. In the

matriculation certificate issued by the Punjab Education

Board, as per Policy, date of birth is not shown. That

certificate is also on record.

Notice of motion for 10.09.2009.

Counsel states that interview is fixed for

13.07.2009. In view of this, the authorities are directed to

interview the petitioner provisionally, on the date fixed.

However, her result shall be subject to the ultimate

outcome of this writ petition.”

Shri Kapoor states that as per order of this Court, the

petitioner was interviewed, along with other candidates for allotment of

LPG Agency at Khanori, District Sangrur. As per result declared, her

name do not figure in the first three empanelled candidates.

This makes this writ petition infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.

However, the petitioner be at liberty to challenge the order

of allotment.
