Mr.Prabhav
A. Mehta, learned advocate for the petitioner assures this Court that
his client will be depositing, on or before 27th June
2008, a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lac only) towards ad hoc
ODBD, which has nothing to do with any other payment to be made.

2. Notice
returnable on 30th June 2008. In the meantime, the
respondents are restrained from taking any coercive steps. Direct
service is permitted today.
