Some misc. applications were filed in this case seeking expedited hearing of
the case. Learned counsel for the respondent Sri H.V.Shastri submits that Smt.
Krishna Devi, wife of original respondent no.11 is 70 years old and as such
desirous of expeditious disposal of the case in her life time. The appeal was
presented in the year 2005 and pleadings are complete. The case may be
heard. Accordingly list this case in the first week of February, 2010 for
hearing.
