By
her letter dated 24th April,2008, learned City Civil
Judge, Ahmedabad has requested to grant her time to dispose of
Summary Civil Suit No.532 of 2004, which is directed to be disposed
of by this Court vide order dated 29th June,2007. Looking
to the facts of the case, time to dispose of Summary Civil Suit
No.532 of 2004 is hereby extended upto 30th June,2009.
