ORAL
ORDER

(Per
: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE)

Heard
the learned advocates for the parties.

There
is a consensus that the interest of the appellant would still remain
protected if the disbursement, as directed by the Tribunal, is
ordered to be made with a rider that the amount ordered to be placed
in Fixed Deposit shall continue to be kept in Fixed Deposit, till
final disposal of the appeals. The applications are, therefore,
disposed of, with the same directions for disbursement to the
Tribunal. Rule is made absolute in both the civil applications. No
costs.
