learned advocate Mrs.Sangeeta N. Pahwa on behalf of petitioner and
learned senior advocate Mr.K.M.Patel with learned advocate Mr.Jigar
Patel on behalf of respondent on caveat in present petition.
Petitioner has challenged the order passed by learned Labour Court
in Permission Application No.26 of 1999 decided on 08.05.2000.

Considering
submissions made by both the learned advocates, question involved
and raised in present petition requires detailed examination. Hence,
