The petitioner has properly explained the delay in moving the instant writ
petition. Accordingly, the same is hereby condoned.

Issue notice to the respondents no.3 to 9 returnable at an early date.

Respondents are directed to file counter affidavit within four weeks. The
petitioners shall have three weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

List thereafter.

Till the next date of listing, the parties are restrained from alienating the
property in dispute and they are further restrained from cutting the trees
standing over the land in dispute.
