petitioner. Counsel for the State is present

and would submit that the payment of salary

of the petitioner has already been released

with a condition that the ongoing enquiry

against the petitioner and others with regard

to the illegality and correctness of their

appointment would still continue.

That being so, this application has

become infructuous and the same is dismissed

accordingly.
