ld.advocate Mr.Sompura for the applicant and ld.APP Mr.Pandya for the
respondent State.
In
paragraph 2.1 of the order dated 26.3.2009, the date is stated to be
22.6.2004, as the date on which the petitioner was released on bail.
However, by speaking to minutes, ld.advocate Mr.Sompura for the
petitioner submits that the correct date on which the petitioner came
to be released on bail by the trial Court is 03.09.2004.
Accordingly,
in paragraph 2.1 of the order dated 26.3.2009, in place of date
22.6.2004, it is to be read as 03.09.2004, as the date of release on
bail, the order passed by the learned C.J.M. in favour of the
petitioner. The speaking to minutes stands disposed of accordingly.
