Mr. S. Gadodia, appearing for the petitioners in all the
cases, submitted that an order similar to the order dated 30.3.2011
passed in LPA No. 102 of 2011 with C.O. No. 4 of 2011 may be
passed directing the State to release the subsidy amount against the
bank guarantee.

Mr. Saurav Arun, appearing for the State in all the cases,
could not dispute this position.

Accordingly, these writ petitions are admitted to be heard
along with the said L.P.A.

Second copy will be filed within one week, if not already
filed.

The subsidy amount will be released forthwith by the
respondents to the petitioners after filing of the bank guarantee by
the petitioners which shall be kept alive during pendency of these
writ petitions.
